Standard hosting and maintenance cost €29 per month for Website and €49 per month for Business Website. Additional services are agreed and itemised separately. Custom Website maintenance is quoted individually.

For a website on MISGORA hosting, you can pay the agreed build price in full or in three monthly installments, including projects from €399. Hosting and maintenance are charged separately. You pay each installment individually; choosing installments does not activate an automatic monthly debit.

Improvements and care to suit your site

Your website can stay with its current host if the technology and access allow the agreed work. The quote separates improvements, maintenance and the hosting provider’s responsibilities. Standard package prices do not automatically apply to every existing website.

Which package suits my business?

Website is for presenting your business and helping customers contact you. Business Website adds an agreed shop, ordering or booking feature. Custom Website is for individual processes, portals and connections that need custom development. If you are unsure, tell us what you need and we will help you choose.

What does the starting price include?

Website from €399 includes up to five presentation pages in one language, using a template and your content. Business Website from €799 adds basic appointment booking for one staff member and up to five services. Online payments and custom integrations are outside this starting scope. Additional requirements are specified in your quote.

Are all features shown in the examples included?

The examples show possible features. Your project includes what we agree in the quote. Shops, food ordering, accommodation and other business modules are quoted separately within Business Website. You do not automatically receive every feature from every demo.

Can I pay for the build in installments?

For a website on MISGORA hosting, you can pay the agreed build price in full or in three monthly installments, including projects from €399. Hosting and maintenance are charged separately. You pay each installment individually; choosing installments does not activate an automatic monthly debit. Payment terms are confirmed in your quote.

What do I pay for each month?

Standard hosting and technical maintenance cost €29 per month for Website and €49 for Business Website. The plan covers agreed hosting, SSL, updates, backups and written support. Additional content work by our team, new features and other extra services are agreed separately. Custom maintenance is quoted individually.

Can I update content myself?

Yes. Websites built with MISGORA give you a client area for editing text, photos and other content in prepared areas. You manage business features within the agreed scope and your assigned access. This does not include changing every part of the system yourself.

Are a domain and business email included?

A domain and business email mailbox are agreed and itemised separately, including any provider fees. MISGORA Inbox handles website enquiries and supported conversations within your account; it is not a business email mailbox.

Do I need to provide text and photos?

The starting scope uses the content you provide. Copywriting, translations or photography are agreed separately if needed. You need the appropriate usage rights for your materials and approve the final content before publication.

Can you improve a website hosted elsewhere?

Yes, if the technology and access allow the agreed work. Send us the link and the changes you need. After reviewing the site, we prepare a separate quote and clarify maintenance coverage and your host’s responsibilities. A hosting move is not automatically required.

How do I get help after handover?

Through messages and support requests in your MISGORA account, under your agreed plan. Additional improvements and content work by our team are agreed separately. Technical backups and saved content versions have different scopes; availability, retention and recovery arrangements are specified in your plan.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We review your needs, clarify the scope and prepare a written quote. It separates the build, monthly costs and additional services and confirms timing and the terms of working together. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or start a payment.
